Yes. Our animals are sent as regular mail in a beautiful flat box.

No – all order information will be emailed to the address you give us when checking out We don’t put anything in the shipment in case it’s a present!

All our local and international orders are shipped with Australia Post. You will be sent a tracking number when your order is sent so you can follow your animal’s journey and will have to sign for it when it arrives to make sure it gets to you safely.

Orders are typically shipped within one business day to ensure you receive your animal promptly.

Yes – as we ship with Australia Post, we definitely can!

The Australia Post driver will leave a note for you to collect at your package at your local post office. Parcels are kept at the post office for five days – you will receive another note to remind you to pick it up. It will then be kept at the post office for five more days, if the parcel has not been collected by then, it will be returned to our warehouse.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Delivery times can vary but below is the indicative delivery times provided by Australia Post when you choose the regular parcel post delivery option at checkout.

Metropolitan Melbourne - 2 business days

Regional Victoria - 2-3 business days

Adelaide/Canberra/Sydney - 2-3 business days

Other capital cities - 3-7 business days
